Decisions are made based on the vote of all project members, votes have the same value and the decision must be unanimous.

The votes have a deadline to take place, if the member does not vote within the deadline, their opinion is annulled and the decision is made.

All information, votes, opinions, values and issues are accessible to all members, from all areas, whether old or new.

The share of results is proportional to the amount invested by each member, referring to the total value of the project. If the total value in the project is 10 thousand and you invested 2 thousand, you are entitled to 20% of the results, if you invested 5 thousand you are entitled to 50% of the results. With each new investment in the project, the participation value is distributed again.

The idea is to form a community of people and their resources who believe in this model of social organization and are able to organize themselves by combining their skills to achieve common goals, that is, carry out projects.
